Welcome to the 6-part Nurse COMMpetencies Course: Communicating Effectively with Individuals. We want you to be prepared to communicate effectively in all nursing situations. These micro-modules will help you achieve communication success and feel equipped to build trust with patients. |

New users need to create an account by clicking on the Log In button in the upper right, and then clicking on register here on the right side of the login screen. Please record your username and password for future reference. |

Once registered and logged in, click on the Course Catalog button in the upper left and select the course you want to purchase. |

A PayPal window will open to complete the purchase. You can use either a credit card or your PayPal account. Note: The Safari browser is not supported for the purchasing a course. |

The course will appear on the My Account screen. Click the 'Go' button to access the course. Course details and related course material are available by clicking on the course details button to the right of the course. |

Click on the 'Go' button to launch the individual lessons in the course. Once all lessons have been completed, the course will be marked complete. |
| 6. | A certificate is issued upon completion of the course. It will appear in the lower left corner of the 'My Account' screen and can be viewed or printed. |
